The Medicaid program has received approval from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to implement the average Actual Acquisition Cost (AAC) reimbursement methodology for drug ingredient costs and a Dispensing Fee of $10.02 per prescription effective February 1, 2013.
